Delivery & Refund Policy

01. Delivery

A Digital Product Delivery

  • All services provided by Fission Monster Limited are digital and delivered electronically.
  • Project files, designs, or source code will be shared via encrypted email, secure cloud storage, or agreed Git repositories.

B Delivery Time

  • Delivery time varies based on project complexity and scope, as documented in the specific project contract.
  • Unforeseen technical delays will be communicated promptly and adjusted via mutual coordination.

C Access Credentials

Once a project is completed, clients will receive login credentials, hosting control, and master files upon full payment verification.

02. Refund

A Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products and labor, refunds are not provided once project execution commences.
  • If cancellation occurs before work initialization, a partial refund may be evaluated for approval.

B Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request project termination with a 30-day formal written notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed milestones, labor hours, or integrated assets.

C Revision Policy

  • Reasonable revisions will be executed based on the originally agreed-upon project scope.
  • Requests outside the original agreement mesh may incur separate invoicing and additional lead times.

D Exceptional Cases

If unforeseen circumstances prevent project completion, a fair resolution or infrastructure credit will be discussed with the client node.
